When we travel, we try... read more to begin understanding a city with a bike tour- we've taken bike tours in about 10 cities in the past.  This tour was hands-down the best one!  We will make it a point to take other tours with this company again.

Here's why: Our guide was deeply knowledgeable about the city and very proud to be a citizen of New Mexico.  We loved hearing about murals, street art, and architecture- things we might have seen but not appreciated without the context our guide was able to provide.  Our host, Bobby, infused the tour with information about his own family's experiences over many generations, parts that he was proud to know about and parts that made him wince. It was great to learn from someone who could and did tell an important, historical story with respect and honesty.

About the bikes & overall experience: First time riding e-bikes. They were easy to master and made it easy to see a lot in a morning tour. Bobby was friendly , generous with his time, and his recommendations for other places to visit and dine were spot-on!.
