Taos all-organic community cafe offers nutrient-dense regional farmed food with a menu that rotates as the seasons do. Through the heartfelt creation of simple & wholesome food sourced from nearby farms invested in the well-being of land & field, we hope to restore the vitality of those who sit at our table and in effect our community at large. A seasonal salad compromised of crisp fruits, veggies and fresh herbs, served with a GF nut & seed cracker tossed in a pinon vinaigrette • Vegan

BEET SALAD
Sam’s local greens, roasted beets, dehydrated fruit, toasted seeds, feta cream, served with an activated dehydrated GF beet-seed cracker, tossed in a peppermint lime vinaigrette

COUNTRY CHICKEN SALAD
Sam’s local greens, organic chicken, tart dried cherries, toasted pecans, sumac pickled onions and feta with GF nut & seed cracker, tossed in a creamy jalapeño buttermilk dressing
