This unique retreat offers three days and two nights of restorative yoga, guided meditation, Japanese incense ceremony, pampering at the Living Spa and a farm to table dinner at the award winning La Tierra restaurant.

This Restorative Yoga Retreat comes at just the right time for you to recharge and destress. A time for deep rest, for non-doing, a time to restore vital life energy. Start the holiday season off with some YOU time. Restorative Yoga, through long held, prop supported postures and yogic breathing brings the entire being into a state of deep repose and release. Bringing health and clarity to your body and mind. Extra pillows and supports are provided to create a highly satisfying restorative experience. Deactivate the sympathetic nervous system with guided meditations and periods of deep relaxation. Plenty of personal time assures for rest, reflection and the total spa experience.

Over the past 20 years, Mikiala has found yoga to be the most powerful way to develop and maintain physical vitality, mental clarity and a joyful engagement with life. Searching for a way to deepen her own practice and a desire to share the many benefits of yoga with others, Mikiala completed the teacher-training program at one of the most proficient yoga schools in the county, YogaWorks. She holds a professional certification with Yoga Alliance. Her Yoga classes generally feature gentle flowing sequences, attention to alignment, and an appreciation for community and connection.

Friday November 10th

Suggested to arrive early and visit the spa! Make sure to book in advance.
3pm Hotel Check-in
5:30-7pm Welcome Supper (included)
7:30-9:30 Yoga Session: Deep Relaxation; Sleep of the Yogis
Light Stretches, followed by a tranquilizing Yoga Nidra (guided deep relaxation) Meditation to encourage peaceful sleep.

Saturday November 11th

9:30-11:30am Yoga Session: Yin Practice
Start your morning with a passive, receptive, reflective practice designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, in meditation by stretching connective tissue (fascia) around the joints. Access the deeper layers of fascia by holding poses longer. Session will conclude with a guided meditation.

11:30am-3:30pm Personal time for lunch, spa services, or whatever your heart desires

3:30-5:30pm Yoga Session: Restore with Essential Oils
Experience breath awareness, centering, calming and rejuvenating benefits of pairing Pure Therapeutic Grade Essential oils with Restorative Yoga postures.

Sunday November 12th

9:30-11 am Yoga Session: Gratitude Practice
Finish out the weekend with gentle yoga and meditation that leaves you glowing and vibrant.
11:15-12pm Farewell traditional Japanese incense ceremony
1 pm Check Out

• Blanket or shawl to use for meditation and in relaxation poses
• Yoga mat will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own
